*As of December 1, 2022, an apparent low bidder has been identified, however, a contractor has not been awarded. A prebid meeting will not be held. The Project consists of installation of approximately 5 1/4 miles of 6-inch PVC waterline. 6" Valve 7 EA 6 3" Valve 1 EA 7 2" Valve 1 EA 15 Connection to Existing Pipe 3 EA TOTAL CONSTRUCTION COST ARTICLE 6-TIME OF COMPLETION 6" CL 250 PVC Pipe 6" CL 250 RJ. PVC Pipe 6" CL 200 PVC Pipe 8" Valve 6" Road Crossing 6" Type 3 Stream Crossing 6" Type 2 Stream Crossing 2" Meter Setting 2" Post Hydrant 2-Way Fire Hydrant Air Release Valv All Bids must be filed in said office on or before the time herein set, on forms furnished by the Owner, and must be enclosed in a separate sealed envelope and plainly identified. Bids received will be acted upon by the Owner at the time and place above specified or at such later time and place as may then be fixed. The Owner hereby reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive informalities and irregularities and to enter into such contracts as it may deem to be for the best interests of the Owner. Completion- 90 calendar days 1. Morton Road 6-lnch Waterline, which consists of approximately 5 % miles of 6-inch PVC waterline. 2. The Site of the Work includes property, easements, and designated work areas described in greater detail in the Contract Documents but generally located 5 miles northwest of Atchison, KS.
