Site work for a water / sewer project in Franklin, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of December 19, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. A pre-bid conference will not be held. The work, officially known as Water Transmission Main consists of the construction of a new water supply main tying into the existing main to the north and all associated appurtenances. The work also includes site grading and restoration improvements and other ancillary work required to accomplish the modifications. A certified check or bid bond, payable without condition to the City of Franklin in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the bid, shall be submitted with each bid as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, a proper contract and bond as surety will be executed and filed within ten (10) days after the acceptance of the bid.
