This is an invitation for companies to submit a bid on a winter haul and stockpile of 9,000 cubic yards. Note that all the gravel is already crushed and in stockpiles - the tender is for load, haul and stockpile only! Bids will be accepted for a winter haul of approximately 9,000 cubic yards of gravel from an existing crushed stockpile, work to be completed prior to March 15, 2023, prices to include loading, hauling, stockpiling and a contractor responsible road maintenance agreement with the RM of Insinger #275. Contract - 2022/2023 Winter Load/Haul Bids will be accepted for a winter haul of approximately 9,000 cubic yards of gravel from an existing crushed stockpile, work to be completed prior to March 15, 2023, prices to include loading, hauling, stockpiling and a contractor responsible road maintenance agreement with the RM of Insinger #275. Crushed gravel is currently in an existing stockpile. Following are the approximate quantities to be hauled from the stockpile: Site #1 SE 15-30-08-W2 -9,000 cubic yards These quantities are to be hauled to and stockpiled on the NE 08-30-10-W2 (referred to as the "Fennuk Pit" (This is an approximate 21-mile haul on winter weights.) Council will open the tenders at the Council meeting to be held November 9, 2022. The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted, at the absolute discretion of the RM of Foam Lake Council. Please use the enclosed bid form. Workers Compensation Clearance will be required from the successful bidder.
