Approximate quantities include: 2,250 L F Lining Sewer Pipe 12" 2,550 L F Lining Sewer Pipe 15". The provisions of MINN. STAT. 16C.285 Responsible Contractor are imposed as a requirement of this contract. All bidders and persons or companies providing a response/submission to the Advertisement for Bids of the City of Plymouth shall comply with the provisions of the statute. Plans and specifications are anticipated to be available for download by end of day on 10/14/22.The website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from other sources. The City of Plymouth reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein, and award the contract in the best interests of the City. No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days.
