Online Bidding: Available In Building 378 of the South Shore Water Reclamation Facility, the Contractor will remove and replace the compressor coil for Stage or Circuit 1 and the evaporator coil for Unit AC-1 in the basement. Work covered by these Contract Documents in general covers the construction within the following facilities: Building 378 - South Shore Water Reclamation Facility Administration Building In Unit AC-1 within Building 378, the Contractor will replace the evaporator coil (Trane Part # COI00835) and the Stage 1 compressor coil (Trane Part #COM06438). The Contractor will complete the work no later than May 31, 2023. (13% MBE, 2% WBE, 5% SBE/VBE) Replacement of the compressor coil (Stage or Circuit 1) and the evaporator coil of the Trane Technologies, Inc. AC-1 unit in the basement of Building 378, the South Shore Administration Building. o Work includes evacuating and legally disposing of the old refrigerant (R22) prior to replacing the compressor coil and the evaporator coil. o Remove and dispose of the old parts and refill the system with refrigerant (R422B) after replacement of the specified compressor coil and evaporator coil. Work Location- South Shore Water Reclamation Facility (8500 S. Fifth Ave, Oak Creek)
