The deadline to ask questions is 11/11/2022 5:00 PM CST seeking qualified firms interested and qualified to provide Professional Engineering Services and/or Professional Testing Services for the FY2023 Capital Improvement Program and Bond 2022. The City intends to enter into multiple Service Agreements for these services This RFQ has been divided into nine Project Categories: A. General B. Testing C. Gas D. Solid Waste E. Streets F. Storm Water G. Wastewater H. Water I. Seawal The City will issue a separate RFQ for Facilities projects. The term of Master Services Agreements (MSA) will be one (1) year with one (1) renewal. Wednesday, November 9, 2022 by 5:00 PM Requests for Clarifications from Qualified Respondents are due Wednesday, November 16, 2022 Responses to Requests for Clarification will be posted via Addendum electronically anuary 2022 - February 2022 Finalists interviewed, if needed (tentative) February 2022 Recommendations/selections (tentative) TBD Anticipated Notice to Proceed The City reserves the right to cancel this RFQ at any time. The City reserves the right to reject any or all Statement of Qualifications submitted in response to this RFQ. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time
