Also included is the necessary work needed to compliantly access, dredge, provide erosion control, remove and replace the culvert, and restore the pond and adjacent areas including impacts to private landowners. The project engineer estimates approximately 1923 cubic yards of material to be dredged and disposed of. Pond 23-43-C is located off Welters Way with Olympia Drive to the North and Abbott Court to the east.
