High School Replacement Project (Project). The: District intends to award a contract for the Project utilizing the GC/CM alternative procurement process authorized under RCW 39.10. The District has obtained approval from the Washington State CPARB PRC to utilize the GC/CM delivery process for the Project The selected GC/CM will, be engaged, to perform Preconstruction Services, bringing expertise and experience that will, assist in decision-making, cost estimating, constructability reviews, budget and schedule control, and sequencing of the Projects multiple phases. If a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for construction of the Project is established, the selected GC/CM will act as general contractor, providing lull construction services to deliver the completed Project.
