Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Camden, Missouri. Working plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
Project is being put on hold till spring. The City of Camden is accepting bids for a 15' wide by 30' long, by 8' tall storage building. The bid will need to include the following: Built out of 4" x 6" treated wood runners. Install treated floor joist over runners and cover with treated plywood. Frame the rest of the building out of #2 or better dimensional lumber with members placed on 16" centers. Exterior of building, as well as roof material to be 29 gauge painted metal. Building to be insulated and electrical ready. Walk in 36" door. Roll up garage door. All bidders are required to provide the city with a "Certificate of Liability Insurance", proof of "Workers Compensation Insurance" and purchase a Camden City Business License - in the amount of Twenty-Five Dollars ($25).
