Renovation of a municipal facility in Camden, Missouri. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Project is put on hold till the spring. The City of Camden is accepting bids for a Maintenance Work to be done on City Hall located at 105 Walnut Street. The bid will need to include the following: Replace two (2) existing windows on the South side of the building. Company to remove the two (2) existing windows on the South side of the building then replace with standard vinyl replacement windows. Company to install custom made aluminum trim around each of the windows. Company to remove existing basement door from East side of building and replace with a new wooden door, locks included. Base of the East wall, in which the door is located, will need to be repaired / replaced before installing the new door. Company to furnish material and labor to complete the repairs outlined. All bidders are required to provide the city with a "Certificate of Liability Insurance", proof of "Workers Compensation Insurance" and purchase a Camden City Business License - in the amount of Twenty-Five Dollars ($25).
