By submitting a response to this request, non-profits, organizations, individuals and firms accept all the terms and conditions of the Request for Qualifications or "RFQ". Great Rivers Greenway is seeking the services of qualified professionals to perform environmental consulting services for future real estate transactions and conservation, construction and maintenance projects. Types of anticipated services may include, but are not limited to, Phase One and Phase Two Environmental Site Assessments, natural resource surveys, soil surveys, threatened and endangered species surveys, and hazardous materials surveys on properties throughout St. Louis City, St. Louis County, and St. Charles County. Great Rivers Greenway may select multiple qualified firms as part of this RFQ. The services of the selected firm(s) will be procured for a three year term beginning January 2023 and ending December 31, 2025. Minority and Women Business Enterprise goals of 25/5% have been established by GRG; i.e. 25% of the total contract amount to be awarded to Minority Business Enterprises (MBE) and 5% of the total contact amount to be awarded to Women Business Enterprises (WBE).
