The Virginia Department of Transportation (herein referred to as VDOT) is soliciting bids from qualified firms to furnish, deliver and tailgate spread approximately 750 tons, as requested, to the VDOT Eagle Rock Area Headquarters, 1900 Botetourt Road. Eagle Rock, VA 24085. Any questions regarding this quick quote shall be addressed to Patty Harvey at Patty.Harvey@VDOT.virginia.gov. It is anticipated that deliveries will be requested once the purchase order is created. Any bid in response to this solicitation shall be valid for sixty (60) days. At the end of the sixty (60) days the bid may be withdrawn at the written request of the bidder. If the bid is not withdrawn at that time it remains in effect until an award is made or the solicitation iscanceled.
