The Botetourt County School Board is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to provide professional services on an on-going basis for preventive maintenance on the school division's HVAC equipment. The intent is to enter into a contract effective July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023 with four (4) optional one-year annual renewals to run from July 1 through June 30 of subsequent years. The Botetourt County School Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers, to waive any informalities or irregularities, and to accept an offer which is deemed to be in its best interest.
