Botetourt County is soliciting pre-qualifications for General Contracting Services for the construction of the Botetourt County Circuit Courthouse - Package B - New Construction in Fincastle, VA. The project is generally described as relocation of the historic law office and monuments with associated site improvements, moving of historic courthouse records, demolition of the current courthouse building, the community building and the "old" public works building. A new courthouse building will be built on the demolished courthouse site. Botetourt County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, to waive any informalities or irregularities, and to accept a proposal which is deemed to be in its best interest.
