Submit any questions requesting clarification of information contained in this Bid Solicitation in writing via email by 4:00 p.m. Central Time on or before Monday, October 24, 2022 to the Agency as shown on page one (1) of this Bid Solicitation. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools and equipment, services, employees, employee training, testing, permits and agreements necessary to perform the work required for asbestos removal from the Agency's buildings. The intent of this project is to remove specified asbestos-containing materials. The asbestos abatement contractor shall field verify all quantities of material. There will be no additional compensation ifthe quantities of asbestos-containing materials exceed the provided estimated quantities.
