Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Bartlett, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The City of Bartlett, Parks and Recreation Department is seeking bids to remove silt and sediment from the bottom the existing retention pond by hydraulic dredging methods. Erosion along the side slopes will also be repaired and riprap will be added to help stabilize the banks. The Project will also include erosion control, sod, and all associate work. Although this project does not require a TDEC SWPPP, the Contractor shall implement Erosion Prevention Soil Conservation (EPSC) Best Management Practices (BMP''s) as required by the City of Bartlett and the TN Department of Environment and Conservation (TDEC). A confirmation email will be returned with specific information concerning the conference. Failure to attend this mee will result in the rejection of your proposal. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in the bidding process.
