Renovation of a municipal facility in East Greenbush, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Contractors responsibilities shall include the following: Contractor shall provide proof for approval by the owner of all signs and markings. All fonts, colors, and dimensions to be verified by the contractor with the owner and confirmed, when necessary, with field conditions. Contractors staff must be clearly identifiable with the company's name. It is the contractors responsibility to clean surfaces prior to installation of signs and markings. All property shall be protected against damage during any relocation. Contractor shall develop the exact cost based on the total stated number of signs and markings. Any damage to property by the Contractor or its employees shall be the responsibility of the Contractor to repair or replace to the Counties satisfaction. Rensselaer County is in the process of relocating departmental offices to a county-owned facility located at 99 Troy Road in the Town of East Greenbush. The extent of the signage, as detailed within this RFP, is for interior signage and markings consisting of locational and brand signage.
