Site work for a swimming pool in Battle Creek, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a swimming pool.
The City is soliciting proposals for the purpose of contracting for Flash Flood water park pool resurfacing. There is no pre-bid conference or organized walk through. Proposals may be withdrawn up to the time and date of the proposal opening. After the proposal opening, proposals may not be withdrawn for a period of ninety 90 days thereafter. The City of Battle Creek reserves the right to waive any irregularity or informality in proposals, to reject any and/or all proposals, in whole or in part, or to award any contract to other than the low bidder, should it be deemed in its best interest to do so. The accepted bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory performance bond and labor/materials payment bond, each in an amount equal to 100% of the contract and insurance certificate upon forms acceptable to the City.
