Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in East Grand Rapids, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The work generally involves the development of a Dog Park. Specific items include concrete work, vinyl clad chain link fencing, drinking fountain, shelter building, site amenities, irrigation system, landscaping and lawn seeding. Furnish and Install 12" Nyloplast Plaza Drain complete as per detail (2) on sheet (4) Furnish and Install Water Line to Drinking Fountain Furnish and Install 8" Storm Line Furnish and install lawn/ restoration seeding and topsoil Furnish and Install Anova Rendezvous 40 Gallon Trash Receptacle Furnish and install Dumor Bench #165 6' Bench Furnish and install Most Dependable Fountains ADA Bottle Filler Proposals must be accompanied by a certified check, bank draft of bid bond of an approved surety company doing business in Michigan in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total amount proposed. Proposals shall be submitted in accordance with the Information for Bidders of the bid documents. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or any parts of the same, waive any irregularities, and to accept any bid in their own best interest. Project Start Date is Monday, October 24, 2022 Project Completion date is Friday, June 30, 2023
