As of 11/02/22 Owner pulled this bid and will readvertise next spring for the project Concrete removal and replacement of the front apron/sidewalk at Station 61 located at 3 S. Main Street Monroe, Ohio 45050. All projects shall be completed with topsoil, seed and straw and the contractor is responsible for maintenance of traffic control at all times during construction. No road closures will be permitted. The work shall commence as soon as possible but no later than 90 calendar days of the acceptance of the contract proposal (weather permitting). Project consists of removal of existing concrete apron and sidewalk, installation of appropriate base material, and installation of new 8" concrete apron/sidewalk with mesh. The front apron/sidewalk is a 50' x 80' area. The installation will need to occur over multiple pours as we will have to maintain fire department operations throughout the process. Potential adjustment of existing catch basin might be required to reduce dip in apron but maintain appropriate fall.
