Renovation of a water / sewer project in Wheelersburg, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The project is subject to the following special provisions: 1. Owner is tax exempt. 2. Project is subject to State of Ohio Prevailing Wage Rates. 3. A Performance and Payment Bond for 100% of contract price is required. 4. Insurance requirements. 5. Owner is a grant recipient of American Rescue Plan funds from the U.S. Treasury. 6. 2 CFR 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance) requirements. 5. Project shall be completed by November 25, 2022. A bid bond or certified check in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid price must be submitted with each proposal. The Successful bidder is required to furnish a performance bond or certified check in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total bid price. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality in bids or to accept in whole or in part such bid or bids as may be deemed in the best interest of the purchaser.
