Contractor shall purchase and maintain at its costs the following minimum insurance and coverage throughout the term of the project both comprehensive General Liability and comprehensive Automobile Liability insurance. Covering liabilities for property damage and bodily injury, including death, at the minimum amount of one million dollars ($1,000,000.00) per occurrence, $3,000,000.00 aggregate. Contractor shall maintain Ohio Worker's Compensation coverage in accordance with Ohio law. Scioto County shall be named an Additional Insured upon said General Liability and Automobile Liability policies. Include additional insured endorsement form CG 20 10 07 04, or equivalent form, along with certificates showing coverage. General Liability policies shall also be endorsed with form to include "products completed operations coverage" for a period of 1 year after final payment. Endorsements or General Liability policy shall not exclude supervisory or inspection services. Automobile Liability additional insured endorsement shall be CA 2048, or equal. Proof of insurance and endorsements shall be provided to Scioto County as additional insured within three (3) business days of the execution of the contract. ii. Simultaneously with Contractor's delivery of the executed contract, the Contractor shall furnish a surety bond or bonds as security for the faithful performance of the contract and for the payment of all persons performing labor on the project and furnishing materials in connection with the contract. The surety on such bond or bonds shall be duly a duly authorized surety company satisfactory to the owner. The bond shall be for 100 percent of the contract price. A payment bond and performance bond are required. Attorneys in fact who sign bid bonds or contract bonds must file with each bond a certified and effectively dated copy of their power of attorney. Under certain conditions, and within the limits of state and local laws and regulations, the owner may waive the requirement that the payment and performance bond be underwritten by a surety company and may authorize in lieu thereof, a personal bond backed by a letter of credit from a local lending institution for the full value of the contract. If applicable, any contract bond shall remain in full force and effect through the guarantee period. iii. Said insurance and bonds shall be in a form acceptable to Scioto County. iv. To the fullest extent permitted by Laws and Regulations, and in addition to any other obligations of Contractor under the contract or otherwise, Contractor shall indemnify and hold harmless Scioto County and the officers, directors, members, partners, employees, agents, consultants and subcontractors of them and any of them from and against all claims, costs, losses, and damages (including but not limited to all fees and charges of engineers, architects, attorneys, and other professionals and all court or arbitration or other dispute resolution costs) arising out of or relating to the performance of the work, provided that any such claim, cost, loss, or damage is attributable to bodily injury, sickness, disease, or death, or to injury to or destruction of tangible property (other than the work itself), including the loss of use resulting therefrom caused by, arising out of or in connection with any acts or omissions, negligent or otherwise of the Contractor, its employees, officers, agents, any subcontractor, any supplier, or any individual or entity directly or indirectly employed by any of them to perform any of the work or anyone for whose acts they may be liable. 2.
