Renovation of a municipal facility in Fort Pierce, Florida. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of October 30, 2025, the bid for this project was rejected. Provide an all-inclusive per square Yard price resurfacing of the Solid Waste Tipping floor, which is 6,712.3 square yards. The Solid Waste tipping floor area is where the loaders and shredders operate Provide: Complete removal of approximately 3" asphalt surface. The resulting Asphalt and any concrete debris may be disposed of on site at no charge. Preparation of surface area. Installation of EMERYTOP 400 or equivalent coating. The location of the EMERYTOP 400 or equivalent coating will: Be extended completely from North wall to South Wall Be extended completely from the West Wall to the East Wall Extend to the eastern entrance and exit doors and tie into the connecting roads. Will butt up against the North and South conveyors on all three sides. The St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to waive any informalities or minor irregularities; reject any and all bids which are incomplete, conditional, obscure, or which contain additions not allowed for; accept or reject any bid in whole or in part with or without cause; and accept the bid which best serves the County.
