The purpose of this RFQ is to identify companies who can repair/replace the main sewage drain running from the house to the city connection at the street and provide two ADA accessible parking spaces in front of the clinic as well as an ADA accessible ramp to access the front entrance. By responding to this solicitation, the respondent agrees to the Universitys purchasing terms and conditions, which are attached in Schedule 1. Term: This is a one-time purchase order. The University intends to award this solicitation to one respondent, unless the University deems it to be in its best interest to award to more respondents. The University retains sole discretion over this decision. The University may cancel this solicitation at any time for any reason. The Universitys decision to cancel the solicitation is within the Universitys sole discretion. Any organization (third-party entity) may purchase under this agreement, including other universities, local government agencies, and state-government agencies (located in any state within the United States). The third-party entity may negotiate its own terms with the supplier. Deadline for Questions 10/28/2022 at 2:00 PM EST Respondent may withdraw its submitted bid by sending a written request via email to the Solicitation Coordinator before the submission deadline. Respondent may resubmit a bid through the electronic system, if done so before the response deadline. The University will not consider withdrawals or modifications offered in any other manner.
