Bid Package 2.07a - Waterproofing, Air Barrier and Sealants The work consists of the following: Additions of approximately 25,700 SF to the existing building. Phased/occupied renovate as new of existing 48,000 SF structure. Work includes exterior envelope upgrades with new doors, windows, and insulation. The interior will receive all new systems, including finishes, millwork, mechanical, partial geothermal, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, life safety, tele/data, and security. Extensive site work including new utilities, parking areas, fencing, sidewalks, and plantings. All Prebid RFIs Are Due No Later Than Tuesday, October 12, 2022 @ 5PM. *Please note that the listed value reflects the entire scope of work.
