Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Kirkland, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage; for site work for a parking garage; for paving for a parking garage; road / highway; road / highway; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.

Please look at the Invitation to Bid regarding project Documents. Each bid shall be accompanied by bid proposal security in the form of a certified check, cashiers check, postal money order, or surety bond made payable to the order of King County Hospital District No. 2 for a sum of not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount bid. No bid shall be considered unless accompanied by such bid proposal security. The bid is for performing all Work including furnishing and installing equipment in accordance with the bid documents, plans and specifications. This is a public works project, and therefore must comply with prevailing wage requirements. Repairs to Level E of the Central Garage are as follows: Concrete beam repairs Install concrete Corbels PT cap inspections Demolition of Drains and install new drains Concrete topping slab demolition and replacement of concrete topping slab Apply waterproof deck coating Traffic Striping Bids shall be publicly opened and read, and the Owner shall proceed to canvass the bids and may award a contract, to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder on plans and specifications on file. The Owner reserves the right to waive all informalities, or to reject any or all bids, and no contract shall be let in excess of the estimated cost of such project. No bidders may withdraw their bids after the hour set for the receipt thereof unless the award of the contract is delayed for a period of sixty (60) calendar days from the date and time for receipt of the bids. The successful bidder shall enter into a contract in accordance with the bid and furnish a performance and payment bond in an amount to be fixed by the Owner within ten (10) calendar days from the date of the Notice of Award letter to the successful bidder. Otherwise, the bid proposal security shall be forfeited to the Owner.
