For Gloucester County Institute of Technology 2022 Aquatics Center Roof Repairs, located at 1360 Tanyard Road, Sewell, New Jersey 08080 BUDGET $210,000.00 .Remove and reinstall the existing SecurEdge 2000 fascia. Remove 3 foot 6 inches of existing 60-mil EPDM, 1/2 inch of Securock and 3 1/2 inches of Polyiso insulation. The existing 725 TR vapor barrier and 1/2 inch Securock board shall remain fully adhered to the existing pool roof steel deck. Do not cut the existing self-adhered Carlisle 725 TR vapor barrier. Provide a bead of Carlise Sure-seal adhesive on this cut line. .Replace the roof in kind fully adhered. Provide new fasteners and plates at 6 inches on center into the steel deck at the entire perimeter roof edge. All seams in 60-mil Sure-seal EPDM shall be 6 inch secure tape or 3 inch secure tape overlayed with 6 inch pressure sensitive overlayment strip. The new 725 TRP vapor barrier shown on Detail 2/A-2 shall wrap up the wood blocking, over the wood blocking and down the outside face of the wood blocking so that the vapor barrier is extended to the exterior face of the blocking. . Provide tapered insulation as required to slope the roof to the scuppers. . Provide one (1) new roof drain and insulated cast iron pipe from the stair at the 500 wing entrance above the existing acoustic tile and grid ceiling. Extend the pipe through the one-hour fire wall and seal the penetration with a one-hour fire rated assembly. Continue the pipe into the Aquatics Center to the column and return the pipe vertically 18 inches above grade with a new lambs tongue thru-wall fitting. . Provide new scupper boxes. Reuse the existing vertical rainwater leaders.
