External Access Cameras and Intercom Raytown Quality Schools is seeking quotes for External Access Cameras and intercoms. All submissions must be received at the address above by the date and me listed. Aendance at quote opening is not required. Quote must denote the 1-year annual rate. Annual pricing should be guaranteed for terms provided. Raytown Quality Schools reserves the right to reject any quote. Opons can be provided for three and five year renewals. District is seeking quotes to replace 19 external access cameras and intercoms to increase our building safety and security. All proposed systems must integrate with Genetec Security Center. Cameras must have resoluon to accurately be able to read a drivers license when held up to the lens. Building and Address list will be provided with this Request for Quote. Walkthroughs are not mandatory but recommended to gain a full knowledge of the scope of the project. Walkthroughs can be scheduled with the aforemenoned contact. The proposed soluon should reflect an upgrade to the district's current infrastructure. Any proposal that would result in decreased funconality will be rejected. Any management soware/hardware should also be included in the proposal. The District reserves the right to separate, accept, or eliminate any item(s) listed under the Request for Quote that it deems necessary to accommodate budgetary and/or operaonal requirements. Raytown Quality Schools reserves the right to increase or decrease the numbers stated below, with mutual agreement, with the chosen vendor.
