Renovation of a library in Columbus, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
Notice is hereby given that the Bartholomew County Public Library is requesting bids for flooring replacement at its downtown location. There are two bid packages, 1) Carpet, tile, and resilient flooring and 2) Terrazzo. All work for the construction of the Project will be under one or more-subcontracts with the owner based on bids received and combination awarded. Bid security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid must accompany each bid in accordance with the bid documents. The successful bidders will be required to furnish Performance and Payment Bonds for one hundred percent (100%) of their contract amount prior to execution of contracts. Contractors submitting bids for the performance of any work as specified in this building project should make bids to the Bartholomew County Public Library and shall enter an agreement with the Bartholomew County Public Library. The Owner and Construction Manager reserve the rights to accept or reject any bid (or combination of bids) and to waive any irregularities in bidding. All bids may be held for a period not to exceed 60 days before awarding contracts
