As of May 1, 2023, a design team has been identified. Construction timeline is for five years and each task has a negotiated scope, cost and timeline. *The previous solicitation is listed below for reference. City of Albany (City), Oregon, is requesting proposals from qualified professional engineering consulting firms with specific expertise in aviation services for the design and management of environmental, architectural, engineering, and construction management development projects following the guidance of FAA Airport Circular 150/5100-14E Architectural, Engineering, and Planning Consultant Services for Airport Grant Projects. The services required are for improvements to the Albany Municipal Airport with the selected Consultant are for a period of five years beginning January 1, 2023. This procurement is being made in accordance with 2 CFR 200.317-200.326, FAA AC 150-5100- 14E, and ORS 279C.110. The agreement with the selected Consultant will be subject to the required contract provisions described in the AIP Grant documentation for Airport Improvement Programs and Appendix II of Part 200 - Contract Provisions for Non-federal Entities Awarded Federal Contracts. The Consultant and any subcontractors must adhere to these requirements and conditions resulting from this Contract.
