Submission attachments must be in Microsoft Office 2007 or later format or Adobe PDF format. The subject line of the email must contain the RFP number as shown on page 1 and the Respondent name. Each file must be less than 10MB. Failure by any Respondent to comply with this restriction may result in information not being received by WorkSafeBC and may result in a non-compliant Tender by the Respondent. ZIP or like files will not be accepted. WorkSafeBC will NOT accept any responsibility for failure to receive or the inability to read any submission for any reason including technical issues, data corruption, failure as a result of the e-mail system, or failure for any other reason. This RFP is not an agreement to purchase goods or services or an authorization to deliver any goods or services. Bidders are requested to fill out the Site Tour Confirmation form on the next page and email it IMMEDIATELY to WorkSafeBC. Failure to respond at least 24 hours prior to the site tour may be interpreted as an expression of non-interest. Please arrive at least five (5) minutes prior to the tour start time. On arrival, Respondents are required to complete a sign-in sheet. Respondents who arrive at the main entrance security desk after the start time will not be permitted to participate in the mandatory site tour.
