This is a service / maintenance or supply contract in Delta, British Columbia. Contact the soliciting agency for additional information.
The term of contract shall be from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023 with the option to renew, at the City of Deltas discretion, for an additional four years, to a final end date no later than December 31, 2027. Prices shall remain firm for each contract period. Should the City elect to extend the contract for additional periods and should the Contractor consider changing its prices, a written request shall be submitted. The City will not consider any price increases that exceed the Canadian published Consumer Price Index for British Columbia All Items. Provision of concrete cutting and repair services to remedy trip hazards on an as and when requested basis as described in Appendix A.
