Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in St-Hilaire, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: .1 Excavating existing parking lot to indicated grades. .2 Placing, fine grading and compacting the aggregate base materials. .3 Placing new asphalt concrete paving. .4 Installing new frames and covers on existing manholes. .5 Installing new posts for existing electrical channel. .6 All required reinstatement, including topsoil and sodding the perimeter of the work area.
