Renovation of a water / sewer project in Hamilton, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

Bidders eligible to submit Bid for this Request for Tenders have been previously selected through the process of a Request for Prequalifications, issued under C14-02-23 which closed on June 9, 2016 and C14-18-22 which closed on November 7, 2022. The scope of work consists of but is not limited to the following: 1. Decommission and remove the existing roof mounted air handling unit, and two existing roof top condenser units and two existing exhaust fan units; 2. Remove all associated piping, valves, ducting, insulation and cables; 3. Fill and repair existing openings after removals work. Finish walls, floors and roof to match existing; 4. Provide and operate temporary fans and heaters during construction; 5. Supply, install and commission new air handling unit, condensing unit, fans, ductwork, insulation and associated accessories; 6. Construct new concrete pads for equipment bases; 7. Windows, masonry, flashing, etc.; 8. Yard piping, ductbanks, etc., and 9. Restoration, grading and landscaping.
