Site work and new construction of a civil project in Cape Coral, Florida. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Work of this Contract includes, but is not limited to, the following: * New Master Pumps Station 100 including yard piping, influent manhole, triplex submersible lift station, flow meter vault, odor control system, new building, electrical and control systems, emergency generator system with fuel tank, and site work. * Diversion of sewage flow from existing 6-inch force main on adjacent SE 6th Avenue to the new influent manhole at MPS 100. * The influent and discharge force mains will be constructed by Others under a separate contract. This MPS 100 project and the force main project will both be constructed at approximately the same time. Connection points between the yard piping associated with the MPS 100 project and the two force main piping systems has been established at the site property line and are shown on the Drawings. No questions will be accepted after 4:00 PM (Eastern), Friday, March 17, 2023, and all questions must be submitted in writing and received by Procurement by this stated time. Pursuant to Florida State Statute 119.071 (2), sealed bids, proposals or replies received by an agency pursuant to a competitive solicitation are exempt from s. 119.071(1) and s. 24(a), Art. I of the State Constitution until the agency provides notice of intended decision or until 30 days after opening the bids, proposals, or final replies, whichever is earlier.
