Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to an educational facility in Lafayette, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the addition of a two-story above grade educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Furnish all labor, materials and equipment, and perform all work required to construct the Project consists of new 2-story classroom additions on the north and south ends of the existing 2-story classroom wing for a total of 16 new classrooms, new restrooms, teacher work areas, and storage/custodial space. The Project also includes the addition of a new athletic training facility and adjacent health classroom which will be built adjacent to the existing gymnasium. The Work shall be constructed complete and ready for occupancy, except for the items specifically excluded in Work of Other Contracts. Via e-mail (jfielden@cope-associates.com).
