Renovation of a municipal facility in Lafayette, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
All questions are to be directed to Frank A. Niedzwiedz Jr, R&N Systems Design, 615 Oakleaf Office Lane, Memphis, TN 38117 at frankn@rnsystemsdesign.com. Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accord with the Instructions to Bidders. All Bidders are subject to and must comply with applicable state and federal antidiscrimination laws. All Bidders are required to obtain all necessary licenses and permits required. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities in or to reject any or all bids and to accept the bid deemed most favorable to the interest of the Owner. Bids must be on a Lump Sum basis. The County Mayor and Macon County Commissioners shall review bids and determination of the bids. The Work under this Contract provides for all work required for the installation of new Security System Replacement at the Macon County Justice Center located in Lafayette, Tennessee, as shown on Contract Documents prepared by R&N Systems Design, the Engineer, dated November 15, 2019. The project will consist providing new PLC, digital intercom system, relay boards, power supplies, video monitoring system, cameras, Touchscreen Control Stations (TCS) and UPS units. The project scope also requires interfacing the IP Video with the intercom system for camera call-up
