Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Charlotte, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Crowder/Garney JV will serve as the PDB Team and Hazen as the engineer for this project. The design has progressed to 60% and we are pursuing GMP pricing for the Stage #3 scope of work based on this current design along with industry/trade practices and all applicable codes. Stage #3 Construction is anticipated to begin in the second quarter of 2023 with a duration of approximately 27 months.
