Renovation of a service station / car wash facility in Cincinnati, Ohio. Working plans call for the renovation of a service station / car wash facility.
As of 11/18/22 Project is cancelled The Southwest Ohio Regional Transit Authority ("SORTA") is requesting bids for a qualified commercial bus wash contractor to provide all supervision, labor, materials & equipment to replace existing (transit bus) washers located at SORTA Facilities. The following are facility locations: BOND HILL: 4700 Paddock Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45229 QUEENSGATE: 1401 Bank Street, Cincinnati, Ohio 45214 All questions from any Bidder regarding the Solicitation or matters relating thereto must be submitted to SORTA via the Public Purchase web site later than Friday, November 4, 2022 by 2:00 pm Eastern Daylight Time. Each question must identify the section in this Solicitation for which clarification is being requested. SORTA will respond to all properly submitted questions on or before November 15, 2022. All responses shall be submitted electronically by addendum to the solicitation via the Public Purchase web site 1. Removal and replacement of existing bus wash equipment in two separate bus maintenance facilities: Bond Hill (2 Lanes) and Queensgate (3 Lanes) 2. Removal and replacement of the existing water reclamation system at the Queensgate facility.
