Installation, Assembly and Start-up of one (1) Recharge Injection System at City of Cottonwood Mingus Waste Water Treatment Plant. Pursuant to Arizona Revised Statutes Section 34-201, notice is hereby given that the City of Cottonwood ("City") will accept bids with the intention of entering into a contract with a firm capable of supplying, fabricating and installing the Recharge Injection Well Manifold and Piping System as shown in the attached Technical Specifications from Atlas Technical Consultants which includes a bid schedule, material and equipment lists. For clarity the scope of this project is only for the Injection Manifold System (the "Project"). Bids for the commodities and service specified will be received by the Purchasing Division, City of Cottonwood, 821 N. Main Street, Cottonwood, Arizona 86326. Offers received by the correct time and date will be opened publicly and the name of the Proposers shall be read aloud at the Purchasing Division Office. Bids must be in the actual possession of the Purchasing Division Office and stamped by a member of the Administrative Services staff on or prior to the exact time and date indicated above. Late submittals or unsigned submittals will not be considered under any circumstances. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the Solicitation Number and the Offeror's name and address clearly indicated on the envelope. All offers must be completed in ink or typewritten.
