Renovation of a municipal facility in Lexington, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The black-out date for questions shall be October 28, 2022 at noon. Indicate firm name, which is County of Davidson. The RFP number, which is above, on the front of each sealed proposal envelope or package, along with the date for receipt of proposals specified. Direct all inquiries concerning this RFP to: Dwayne Childress Support Services Director, (336) 242-2030 Prospective offerors are encouraged to submit written questions in advance. In the event the County is closed due to inclement weather, this meeting will take place on the next business day. It is the offeror's responsibility to assure that all addenda have been reviewed. Replace sheet metal coping at parapet walls as specified in Section 07 62 00 "Sheet Metal Flashing and Trim". Replace elastomeric joint sealants where indicated in Contract Drawings and as specified in Section 07 92 00 "Elastomeric Joint Sealants". b. 1)Stucco to stucco control joints 2)Masonry to masonry joints 3)Window perimeters c. Prepare substrate and provide stucco repairs including finish coat as specified in Section 09 24 01 "Portland Cement Plastering (Stucco) Repair". Repoint masonry mortar joints in accordance with Unit Prices as specified in Section 04 05 24 "Masonry Repointing". Properly clean exterior masonry walls and masonry planter structures. Provide fluid applied water repellent as specified in Section 07 19 00 "Fluid Applied Water Repellent".
