Notice is hereby given that the City of Rancho Cucamonga ("City") will receive sealed bids for the materials, supplies, equipment and or services set forth herein, subject to all conditions outlined in the Bid Package, Plans and Specifications. PROJECT NAME FY2223 Local Slurry Seal Pavement Rehabilitation . The scope of work consists of, but not limited to, weed killing, routing and crack sealing, slurry seal, pavement markers and thermoplastic striping. A total of forty (40) working days to complete the project. CONTRACTORS LICENSE: In accordance with provisions of Section 3300 of the California Public Contract Code, the City has determined that Contractor shall possess any and all contractors licenses, in form and class as required by any and all applicable laws with respect to any and all of the work to be performed under this contract including, a ClassA (General Engineering Contractor) or Class C12 (Earthwork and Paving Contractor) License in accordance with the provisions of the Contractor's License Law (California Business and Professions Code, Section 7000 et. seq.). No contractor or subcontractor may be listed on a bid proposal for a public works project unless registered with the Department of Industrial Relations pursuant to Labor Code section 1725.5. PREVAILING WAGES: In accordance with the provisions of Section 1770, et seq., of the Labor Code, the Director of the Industrial Relations of the State of California has determined the general prevailing rate of wages applicable to the work to be done. The Contractor will be required to pay to all persons employed on the project by the Contractor sums not less than the sums set forth in the documents entitled "General Prevailing Wage Determination made by the Director of Industrial Relations pursuant to California Labor Code, Part 7, Chapter 1, Article 2, Sections 1770, 1775, 1773.1.
