UPDATE :A secondary Raw Water Line Project that will transport water from the Colorado River to Lake Pflugerville, parallel to the City's existing raw water line. Project is in City of Pflugerville capital budget fy 2025- CIP ___________________________________________________________________ October 11, Pflugerville City Council approved a $293,000 work authorization for a private company for appraisal services in the Secondary Colorado River Raw Water Line project. Appraisals should conclude in January. Construction bidding is expected to open in Spring 2023. The project will build 15 miles of pipeline from the river to Lake Pflugerville to increase the city's water supply. The city needs to add a second raw water line from the Colorado River to Lake Pflugerville as residents are using more water than the city can provide. The total cost of the project is estimated at $107 million, $23 million expected to be spent in the next fiscal year.
