Parks Canada requires lawn care services for the maintenance of lawns at the Cartier-Brébeuf NHS of Canada with an approximate area of 50,000 square metres. The work includes: Spring clean-up Lawn mowing and trimming Maintenance of paths and paved areas; Trimming of lawn edges; Lawn aeration; Collection of dead leaves. The contractor must provide all of the equipment. The period of the Contract is from April 1, 2023 to March 31, 2025 inclusive. Period of Service The work must be carried out during the period from April 1, 2023 until November 30, 2023 inclusively and April 1, 2024 until November 30, 2024 inclusively. The Contractor grants to Canada the irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by up to two (2) additional one (1) year periods under the same conditions. The Contractor agrees that, during the extended period of the Contract, it will be paid in accordance with the applicable provisions as set out in the Basis of Payment. Canada may exercise this option at any time by sending a written notice to the Contractor at least thirty (30) calendar days before the expiry date of the Contract. The option may only be exercised by the Contracting Authority, and will be evidenced for administrative purposes only, through a contract amendment. All enquiries of a technical and contractual nature are to be submitted to the Contracting Authority. Enquiries regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing and should be received no later than five (5) calendar days prior to the date set for solicitation closing to allow sufficient time to provide a response. Enquiries received after that time may result in an answer NOT being provided.
