**As of December 29, 2022, project was awarded to Athens Building Corp , awarded amount is $819,402.02.** The City of Richmond is accepting bids for the construction of the Coliseum Parking Garage - Priority Repairs, project to provide general contracting services that include, but are not limited to cleaning and painting existing steel elements, joint repairs, concrete repairs, priority architectural repairs, priority mechanical repairs, and priority electrical repairs included in the contract documents. The Coliseum Parking Garage is located at 501 N. 7th St., Richmond, VA 23219. The project consists of repairs to the Coliseum Parking Garage as shown on the Plans. Work under the Base Bid includes but is not limited to the following per the contract documents: - Concrete surface repairs - Shear connector replacement - Sealant removal and replacement - Concrete crack repairs - Repair and/or replacement of architectural elements - Floor drain replacements - Cleaning and painting of steel stairs - Selective precast double tee reinforcing - Mechanical and associated electrical work The successful bidder will be given a contract 'Notice to Proceed' with the following contract schedule performance requirements: (1) an initial 320 consecutive calendar days from NTP for finalizing subcontracts, submittals, ordering critical lead time items (if applicable) and completion of construction as needed to meet substantial (95%) completion requirements, and (2) final (100%) completion of all construction and associated close-out documents within the next 45 consecutive calendar days. Total project contract duration is 365 consecutive calendar days.
