The Wildlife Resources Commission (NCWRC) is soliciting bids from qualified Vendors for removal of four (4) abandoned vessels located in Carteret County as follows: Vessel No. Description NCWRC Sticker ID Coordinates 1 Abandoned Sailboat - Carteret County 016-20220624-242 34.72687. -76.66893 2 Abandoned Pleasure Craft - Carteret County 016-20220508-226 34.72745, -76.56448 3 Abandoned Commercial Trawler - Carteret County 016-20220508-225 34.72758, -76.56441 4 Abandoned Cabin Cruiser - Carteret County 016-20220611-240 34.88673, -76.33485 The vessels and vessel locations are described in detail in Section 5.0 herein. Interested bidders are responsible for independently assessing each abandoned vessel on site and submitting bids based off bidders' individual assessment. Bids shall be submitted in accordance with the terms and conditions of this IFB and any addenda issued hereto. The intent of this solicitation is to award an Agency Contract. Bids shall be submitted in accordance with the terms and conditions of this IFB and any addenda issued hereto. The Contract shall have an initial term of one (1) year, beginning on the date of final Contract execution (the "Effective Date"). The Vendor shall begin work under the Contract within 30 business days of the Effective Date.
