The Province is requesting Proposals from qualified Proponents to complete FireSmart vegetation management strategies of three (3) units within the boundaries of the Canmore Nordic Centre west of the Town of Canmore. These vegetation management strategies are intended to modify the physical fire environment to achieve a reduction in fire behaviour potential, mitigate risk and limit wildfire exposure to Alberta's forested communities. All vegetation management will be in accordance with FireSmart standards and prescriptions. The three (3) units requiring fuel modifications are as follows: Unit B - 0.18 ha Unit C - 9.51 ha Unit D - 8.71 ha
