Bonita Unified School District of Los Angeles County, California will receive sealed bids in the Purchasing Department of the District at 115 West Allen Avenue, San Dimas, CA 91773 and will be publicly opened and read aloud on the date and time specified. Contractors and Subcontractors must be registered with DIR, in compliance with SB854, to submit a bid for evaluation. Sealed bids shall be made and presented only on the forms presented by the District. Bids shall be received in the receptionist area at 115 W Allen Ave., San Dimas, California 91773 and shall be opened and publicly read aloud in the Facilities Department Conference Room at the designated time listed above. It is each bidder s sole responsibility to ensure its bid is timely delivered and received at the location designated as specified above. Any bid received at the designated location after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids shall be returned to the bidder unopened. Each bid must strictly conform with and be responsive to the Contract Documents as defined in the General Conditions. No bidder may withdraw a submitted bid for a period of sixty (60) days after the time set for opening bids. The District and Board of Education reserve the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive any irregularities or informalities in any bid or in the bidding procedure. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. (1) 30'x54' pre-manufactured metal shade structure furnish by District and installed by Contractor. New fire alarm, date, electrical and specified/related site improvement and site utility work by Contractor. a. new 12' x 40' pre-manufactured relocatable toilet building based on (pc 02-119274) furnished and installed by district on contractor furnished recessed concrete foundation b. new 30' x 54' pre-manufactured all metal shade structure (pc 02-118654) furnished and installed by district c. new electrical, data, fire alarm and specified sitework by contractor d. new CMU raised planters with design / build irrigation system construction time is 180 consecutive calendar days
