The Lap Pool size is 100' x 75' and 13' to 3 1/2' deep and approximately 420,000 gallons. The Children's Pool is clover shaped and is 90' in diameter. The depth is 0 to 3' and approximately 66,400 gallons. Task List: 1. Provide calculations and plans and obtain Santa Clara County Health Department permits. 2. Drain pools. 3. Saw cut around all racing lane tile and target tile and save if possible. Loose or damaged tiles will be replaced. 4. Strip off all old plaster. 5. Install new non slip tile at the 4 1/2 foot depth line in the Lap Pool to meet code. 6. Install water line depth tiles with "Ft" to meet code. 7. Remove and replace all tile at the ramp entry of the Children's Pool. 8. Replace floor and wall return fittings. 9. Replace recessed wall steps. 10.Provide and install anti-entrapment grates per code. 11.Repair all loose or damaged grout between coping stones. 12.Replace the eight in-pool lights for the Lap Pool with new LED 500-watt equivalent fixtures that are wired to the four junction boxes on the pool deck. 13.Replace all piping butterfly valves and flange bolts in both surge pits. 14.Replace the rods and floats for the main drain valve control in both surg pits. 15.Replace the two 6" piping butterfly valves in the Children's Pool pump pit. 16.Replace the circulation pump basket strainer assemblies for Lap Pool and Children's Pool. 17.Service the Lap Pool and Children's Pool sand filters to include replacement of sand and baffles with new. 18.Install new pool finish, which will be PebbleFina Classico by Pebble Technology International. 19.Schedule all required Santa Clara County Health Department inspections. 20.Assist with refilling the pools. 21.Provide AB1020 paperwork and submit upon completion.
