Section 3 Businesses/WBEs/SBEs/MBEs/DBEs are encouraged to submit Proposals. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any and all Proposals for just cause in accordance with Louisiana Public Bid Law, Louisiana Revised Statute 38:2211, et seq., which does not permit waiving any provision of Louisiana Revised Statute 38:2212, concerning advertisement and letting, or waiving any provision included in the Proposal Documents. The City shall incur no obligation to the Contractor until a Contract between the City and Contractor is fully executed.
